NG-A Mineral Insulation Cable

NG-A cable is new developed insulated cable of BTTZ cable. 
It has the advantage of BTTZ cable and has overcome the problems and defect of BTTZ cable. It is free in length and no need joint. The cost is 10-15% low than the BTTZ cable. 
NG-A series flame resistance cable are designed according to BS:6387 and it can reach the below character.
1)No breakdown under Continuous electricity for 180 minutes in 950ºC flame
2)No breakdown for 180 minutes in 950ºC and then 60 minutes soaking.
3)No breakdown under 180 minutes knocking in 950ºC flame. 

Sturcture

1.Advantage:Flameretardancy,Notbecomeasourceoffire,Donotspreadfire.

2.Fire prevention features: strictly follow the BS6387 standard, can guarantee at least 3 hours necessary personnel and property rescue time in case of fire.       
                                                              
3.Non-disaster source: strong overload protection ability, good tolerance to the impact of large current, even in short circuit, will not cause cable fire, will not burn or extend the disaster.

4.High explosion-proof: No joint in the middle, can prevent the inflammable oil vapor, combustible gas and flame from entering the electrical equipment connected with the cable through the cable and play an explosion-proof role.                          
                                           
5.Insulation: No deformation above the short-circuit temperature, high fire resistance, in the fire for three hours without electricity, so the insulation is higher.

6.High temperature adaptability: the working temperature of ordinary cable is 70-90 C, BTLY can work at ambient temperature 125 C for a long time.   

7.Water repellency: BTLY still has good water spray resistance under fire conditions.

8.High mechanical strength: the product has good mechanical impact resistance.

9.Environmental protection characteristics: BTLY cable in the fire conditions, completely overcome the common plastic cable in the flame combustion of the aversion and toxicity caused by human disaster and secondary disaster.

10.Energy-saving characteristics: the same cross-sectional area, the cable reactive power loss will be greatly reduced, long-term use will reduce a lot of energy waste.
